摘  要:针对低金高银铜铁钙载金炭解吸率低的情况,对系统解吸和电积指标进行分析,明确金、银解吸率低的原因。研究表明,系统金、银解吸率低主要由管道堵塞引起,电积率低主要受温度的影响,可通过除垢及提高温度来强化金银的解吸电积。工艺优化后,金的解吸增加6.08%,银的解吸增加1.98%,贫炭中金、银品位明显下降,平均为79.26 g/t和127.89 g/t,降低了后序处理成本。The desorption rate of gold-loaded carbon with low gold and high silver,copper,iron and calcium is low,the systematic desorption and electro deposition indicators was analyzed in order to clear the reason of low desorption rate of gold and silver.The research shows that low desorption rate of gold and silver was mainly because of pipe blockage,low productivity was mainly because of temperature,the desorption electrode position of gold and silver can be intensified by descaling and temperature increasing.When the optimization finished,the desorption of gold was increased by 6.08%,the desorption of silver was increased by 1.98%,the grade of gold and silver in poor carbon was decreased obviously,the average value is 79.26 g/t and 127.89 g/t,the post-order processing costs was decreased.
