铍铜合金水平连铸技术工艺研究

摘　　要：分析保温炉内金属液中Be元素在非真空环境下的烧损,通过提高熔化炉Be含量至0.32%和规定时间规定量受料的方法,保证板坯化学成分的稳定。应用单一变量法,分析拉铸制度中牵引距离、牵引时间、牵引暂停时间、反推距离、反推时间以及反推暂停时间对板坯质量的影响。实践证明,牵引距离能够决定板坯的冷却均匀性,反推距离是控制板坯质量的关键;合理的牵引时间和反推时间既能保证牵引距离和反推距离的效果,同时不降低生产效率;暂停时间可以确保牵引和反推制度的冷区,但暂停时间过长容易产生氧化印。It is analyzed burning loss of Be element in molten metal inside insulation furnace under non-vacuum environment,we increased Be content of molten furnace to 0.32%with regulation time and specified amount,in order to guarantee the stability of chemical component.Effect on slab quality of traction distance,traction time,traction pause time,reverse distance,reverse time and reverse pause time of casting system by using of simple variable method.Practice shows that the traction distance can decide the cooling uniformity of slab,the reverse distance is a key to control slab quality;the reasonable traction time and reverse time can guarantee the effect of traction distance and reverse distance,without reduction of productivity;the pause time can guarantee the cooling efficiency of traction and reverse system,but the excess pause time is easy to produce oxidation marks.
