摘  要:探讨了手提式X射线荧光仪在对不同含量范围的铜矿进行快速测定的应用,对影响分析结果的因素以及校正方法进行了研究,得出了最佳分析条件是对铜矿样品研磨至过0.074 mm筛,放置在样杯中的厚度在1.5 cm以上,测定时间为60 s。在选矿厂选矿流程的实际应用表明,采用该方法对铜矿的分析与常规化学分析方法相比,原矿误差能控制在0.05%以内,精矿能控制在0.40%以内,尾矿可控制在0.008%以内,能满足生产要求。It is discussed application of portable X-ray fluorescence spectrometry on copper ore with different content range for rapid detection,it is also studied the influence factors of analysis and the correction method,so we can get the optimal analysis conditions,which are the copper ore should be grind over 0.074 mm,then put it with 1.5 cm thickness into a sampling cup,and the time for measurement is 60 s.The actual application reality of one mineral processing plant shows,with the comparison between the above mentioned method and the conventional chemical analysis method,the error of raw ore can be controlled in the range of 0.05%,the concentrate can be controlled in the range of 0.40%,tailings can be controlled in the range of 0.008%,which can meet production requirements.
