摘　　要：原铝质量是铝电解生产的一项重要指标,在原铝全合金化生产中,提高原铝质量意味着降低合金生产成本。针对原铝中主要杂质元素铁的来源进行了分析,提出了大宗原材料质量控制、阳极周期及电解质水平管理、破损槽预防及维护等生产实践管理措施,取得了Fe≤0.08%槽台率长期保持在85%以上的良好效果,为铝电解原材料质量管控、保温料中铁含量管理、阳极周期管理提供了借鉴。Primary aluminum quality is a key indicator of aluminum electrolysis production,increasing of primary aluminum quality can reduce the production cost of alloy in primary aluminum alloy production.We analyzed the source of major impurity element iron in primary aluminum,and we proposed management measures that quality control of bulk raw materials,level management of anode cycle and electrolyte,prevention and maintenance of broken cell,etc.Therefore we got good effect that Fe≤0.08%tank console rate can keep above 85%for a long-term,it provide reference for quality management of raw materials of aluminum electrolysis,for iron content management in heat-retaining material,for anode cycle management.
