摘　　要：本文结合《工程造价改革工作方案》,系统梳理了建设工程造价标准化现状和需求。从系统工程学视角,利用一般系统结构理论对标准体系结构逐层分解,根据霍尔三维结构模型及建设工程造价标准约束维度较多的特点,将其拓展至六维结构模型,并提供了一种利用定位维度空间来定位标准属性,可拓维度空间确定标准体系的可行域的方法。然后,详细描述了层次维、级别维、状态维、阶段维、专业维、属性维6个维度,初步构建了建设工程造价标准体系框架。最后,基于序列优先级对某一领域内的标准集合体进行重新排列,按优先级开展标准修编工作,为解决建设工程造价标准化工作中标准重复矛盾以及标准缺失等问题提供了新思路。Based on the“Project Cost Reform Work Plan”,this paper systematically organizes the status quo and needs of construction cost standardization.From the systems engineering,the standard system structure is decomposed layer by layer according to the structure theory of general systems,and based on the Hall 3D structure model and the features of the more constraint dimensions of the construction cost standard,it is extended to the 6D structure model.It also provides a method to locate standard attributes using the positioning dimensional space and the extension dimensional space to determine the feasible region of the standard system.Then,it described in detail the 6D of hierarchical dimension,level dimension,status dimension,stage dimension,profession dimension,and property dimension,and initially constructed the framework of the construction cost standard system.Finally,based on the sequence priority,the standard collection in a certain field is rearranged,and the standard revision work is carried out according to the priority,which provides new ideas for solving the problems of the standardization of construction cost standardization.
