摘  要:烟气循环流化床法脱硫除尘工艺在国内大型循环流化床锅炉超低排放改造中占据很大优势,但实际运行过程中出现了烟气阻力大、厂用电率高、黏壁塌床等异常现象。宜昌东阳光火力发电有限公司在循环流化床锅炉超低排放改造过程中,总结了同类型工程的经验与不足,在设计阶段从关键参数选择、引风机选型、预除尘器改造、循环灰进料位置、系统布置等进行优化,运行过程优化了炉内Ca:S、塔压、塔温、除尘器灰斗料位、脱硝等参数控制。经过较长时间的运行实践,达标排放稳定可靠,炉内Ca:S下降,脱硫吸收塔内喷钙与COA脱硝系统处于备用状态。The flue gas circulating fluidized bed desulfurization and dust removal process has a great advantage in the ultra-low emission reconstruction of large-scale cfb boiler, but in the actual operation process, there are some abnormal phenomena and faults such as large flue gas resistance, high power consumption rate, wall sticking and bed collapse. In the process of ultra-low emission transformation of cfb boiler, Yichang dongyangguang Thermal Power Co., Ltd. the experiences and deficiencies of similar projects were summarized.In the design stage, the selection of key parameters, the selection of induced draft fan, the transformation of pre dust remover, the feeding position of circulating ash and system layout are optimized. The control of parameters such as Ca:S, tower pressure, tower temperature,dust hopper level and denitration in the furnace are optimized in the operation process.After a long time of operation practice, the standard discharge is stable and reliable, the Ca:S in the furnace is reduced, the calcium injection and COA denitration system in the desulfurization absorption tower are in standby state.
