摘　　要：为评估武汉城市生活垃圾分类收运系统现状,促进武汉市生态化、环境友好型城市建设,以武汉市杨园街道为研究对象,综合考虑运行状况、环境影响、经济投入等因素,构建城市生活垃圾分类收运系统评估指标体系。通过实地考察走访辅以网络调查的方式获取收运系统的现状数据,并利用层次分析法与模糊综合评价法进行综合评估。评估结果表明,城市生活垃圾分类收运系统得分为56.33,评价为中等,目前存在垃圾分类覆盖率低、垃圾收运车分类回收效率低等问题。并提出对垃圾收运系统的线路及节点进行优化、加大对居民垃圾分类相关知识的宣传教育、在武汉市范围内进一步开展不同尺度的城市区域生活垃圾分类收运系统的调查与评价等建议。In order to evaluate the current situation of Wuhan municipal solid waste(MSW)sorting collection and transportation system and promote the construction of an ecological and environment-friendly city in Wuhan,taking Yangyuan Street in Wuhan City as an example,the evaluation index system of MSW sorting collection and transportation system was constructed comprehensively by considering the operational,environmental and economic factors.This paper obtained the status data of the collection and transportation system through on-the-spot investigation,which supplemented by Internet.And the comprehensive evaluation is carried out by using analytical hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The evaluation results show that the score of MSW sorting collection and transportation system is 56.33,which is medium.At present,there are some problems in the system,for example,the low coverage rate of waste classification and the poor efficiency of waste collection and transportation.This paper also puts forward some optimization recommendations,such as optimizing the routes and nodes of the waste collection system and developing further investigation and evaluation in MSW sorting collection and transportation system at different scales in Wuhan City.
