摘 要:为探究冻结管倾斜角度对温度场发展规律的影响,结合洛阳市轨道交通1号线史家湾站~杨湾站盾构区间联络通道的冻结法施工,通过数值模拟研究了冻结管的倾斜角度在11°~31°(变化步长为4°)变化时冻结管周围的温度场变化规律,分析结果表明:(1)随着冻结管仰角的增加,顶部冻结壁厚度逐渐增大,但在仰角θ达到19°后,联络通道顶部开始出现局部区域冻结壁厚度很大的情况,导致冻结壁的形状不均匀;(2)在冻结初期,冻结管仰角越大,顶部冻结壁厚度反而越小,但是在冻结后期,冻结壁厚度与仰角依旧是正相关的;(3)联络通道冻结加固区的温度基本上关于加固区中心线对称分布,加固区两端部温度最高,随着与加固区中心的距离变小,土体温度先降低后升高,仰角θ增大,升温范围也扩大;(4)根据计算结果,综合考虑冻结壁形状、冻结壁厚度和施工方便等因素,选定顶部冻结管倾斜仰角θ的取值范围为11°~15°。In order to explore the influence of the inclination angle of the freezing pipe on the variation laws of the temperature field,based on the freezing construction of the liaison channel in the shield section between Shijiawan Station and Yangwan Station of Luoyang Metro Line 1 project,the variation laws of the temperature field around freezing pipes with the inclination angle varying from 11°to 31°(variation step:4°)are studied by numerical simulation.The results show that:(1)As the elevation angle of the freezing pipes increases,the thickness of the frozen wall at the top of the liaison channel gradually increases.However,after the elevation angle reaches 19°,the thickness of the local frozen wall begins to be very large at the top of the liaison channel,resulting in the uneven shape of the frozen wall.(2)At the initial stage of freezing,when the elevation angle of the freezing pipes increases,the thickness of the frozen wall at the top becomes smaller.However,at the later stage of freezing,the frozen wall thickness is still positively correlated with the elevation angle.(3)The temperature distribution in the freezing reinforcement zone of the liaison channel is basically symmetrical about the center line of the reinforcement zone,and the temperature at both ends of the reinforcement zone is the highest.As the distance from the center of the reinforcement zone decreases,the soil temperature first decreases and then rises.When the elevation angle increases,the range with the temperature rising is expanding.(4)According to the calculation results,considering the shape of the frozen wall,the thickness of the frozen wall and the convenience of construction,the value range of the elevation angle of the freezing pipes at the top is determined to be 11°-15°.
