摘 要:文章采用计算流体动力学方法,对液态铅铋循环泵的运行性能及内部液态金属三维流动进行数值计算。研究输送介质对液态铅铋循环泵水力性能的影响,并对其内部流场进行分析,为液态铅铋循环泵优化设计及内部流动控制提供参考。结果表明:输送介质为液态铅铋时模型泵的性能整体优于输送介质为清水时的性能。In this paper, the computational fluid dynamics method is used to numerically calculate the operation performance and three-dimensional flow of internal liquid metal of liquid lead bismuth circulating pump. The influence of conveying medium on the hydraulic performance of liquid lead bismuth circulating pump is studied, and its internal flow field is analyzed, which provides reference for the optimal design and internal flow control of liquid lead bismuth circulating pump. The results show that the performance of the model pump when the conveying medium is liquid lead bismuth is better than that when the conveying medium is clean water.
