摘　　要：医学是一种特殊的职业,和人民群众的身体健康和生命安全密切相关,医德医风是医务人员应该具有的医学道德和风尚。医德医风建设属于长期性的工作,也是目前国内社会的热点问题。加强理想信念教育可以提高医德医风水平,弘扬医务人员职业精神,建立医术精湛,医风严谨,医德高尚的医疗队伍。观察加强理想信念教育和医德医风建设的关系,探索医德医风建设的有效方法,巩固医务人员的业务素养,提高医务人员的医德医风水平。Medicine is a special profession,which is closely related to the health and life safety of the people.Medical ethics and style are the medical ethics and customs that medical staff should have.The construction of medical ethics is a long-term work,and it is also a hot issue in the current domestic society.Strengthening the education of ideals and beliefs can improve the level of medical ethics,promote the professionalism of medical staff,and establish a medical team with superb medical skills,rigorous medical ethics and noble medical ethics.Observe the relationship between strengthening the education of ideals and beliefs and the construction of medical ethics,explore effective methods for the construction of medical ethics and medical ethics,consolidate the professional literacy of medical staff,and improve the level of medical ethics and medical ethics of medical staff.
