摘 要:目的探讨思维导图在落实护理交接班管理中的应用效果。方法通过组织培训、开展思维导图模式交接班观摩、推广实施、规范考核标准,比较使用思维导图前后交接班规范性、考核成绩、交接班时间及护士能力。结果使用思维导图后,交接班考核项目中的报告顺序、交接流程、站位合理、礼仪规范、科室安全管理、分级护理患者观察、基础护理、管路护理、风险评估、患者安全、专科服务、危急值报告、交接班记录书写更加规范,交接班和病情掌握考核成绩提高,交接班时间缩短,护士运用思维导图的能力、分析归纳能力、学习主动性、学习兴趣、观察能力、职业认同感提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将思维导图应用于护理交接班中,可以规范交接班、提高考核成绩、缩短交接班时间、提高护士能力。Objective To explore the application effect of mind map in nursing handover.Methods Through organizing training,carrying out mind map model handover observation,promoting and implementing,and standardizing the assessment standards,to compare the handover normalization,score,time and nurses’ability before and after the use of mind map in nursing handover.Results After using the mind map,the report sequence,handover process,reasonable station position,etiquette and norms,department safety management,grading nursing patient observation,basic nursing,pipeline nursing,risk assessment,patient safety,specialist services,critical value report and handover record writing are more standardized.The assessment scores of handover and condition mastery were improved,the shift time was shortened,and the nurses’ability to use mind maps,analysis and induction,learning initiative,learning interest,observation ability,and professional identity increased,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Apply mind map to nursing handover can standardize handover,improve assessment score,shorten time and improve nurses’competence.
