摘　　要：目的探究应用PDCA循环管理法提高药品账物相符率及药库药事质量管理的效果。方法选取2019年1—12月药库资料为对照组,未接受PDCA循环管理法,另选2020年1—12月药库资料为研究组,接受PDCA循环管理法,该研究以100种药品账物为评价对比基数,观察账物相符率在实施PDCA循环法管理前后的变化情况。结果研究组账物相符率为99.00%,对照组的相符率为83.00%,研究组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组药品采购、入库、储存、出库质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环管理法可提高账物相符率、药品质量优良率,减少药品不合格率,可以改进药库工作管理质量,督促全体药剂科成员完成管理目标任务,提升药库药事质量。Objective To explore the effect of PDCA cycle management on improving the consistency rate of drug accounts and goods and the quality management of drug storehouse.Methods The drug bank data from January to December 2019 was selected as the control group,and the PDCA cycle management method was not accepted.In addition,the drug bank data from January to December 2020 was selected as the study group,and the PDCA cycle management method was accepted.In this study,100 kinds of drug accounts were used as the basis for evaluation and comparison,and the changes in the matching rate of accounts before and after the implementation of the PDCA cycle method were observed.Results The matching rate of accounts in the study group was 99.00%,and the matching rate of the control group was 83.00%.The study group was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality scores of drug purchase,warehousing,storage and delivery of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA cycle management method can improve the consistency rate of accounts and materials,the rate of good and good drug quality,reduce the rate of unqualified drugs,improve the quality of drug storehouse management,urge all the members of the pharmacy department to complete the management objectives,improve the quality of drug storehouse.
