层级护理管理模式应用在ICU病房患者护理管理中的实际效果分析

摘　　要：目的为提高ICU病房护理人员的工作能力和积极性,探索层级护理管理模式的应用效果。方法将该院ICU病房的所有护理人员作为研究对象,于2020年6月—2021年6月开展层级护理管理,对比开展前后ICU病房的护理质量和护理人员专业水平。结果实施层级护理管理后,各级护理人员的专业能力都得到了显著提升,主要体现在抢救、沟通、管理工作方面;ICU病房患者和护理人员自身对其的满意度评价也有了显著提高;护理人员外出参会次数和发表学术文章数量有了明显增加。结论在ICU病房实施层级管理,除了可有效加强ICU病房护理的工作质量、效果,还能提高护士专业水平,提高医院口碑,值得大力推广运用。Objective In order to improve the working ability and enthusiasm of nursing staff in ICU ward,explore the application effect of hierarchical nursing management mode.Methods Taking all the nursing staff in the ICU ward of the hospital as the research object,let them carry out hierarchical nursing management from June 2020 to June 2021,and compared the nursing quality and professional level of the nursing staff in the ICU ward before and after the development.Results After the implementation of hierarchical nursing management,the professional abilities of nursing staff at all levels significantly improved,which was mainly reflected in rescue,communication,and management work.The satisfaction evaluation of the patients in the ICU ward and the nurses themselves also significantly improved.The number of nursing staff attending conferences and the number of academic articles published increased significantly.Conclusion The implementation of hierarchical management in the ICU ward can not only effectively enhance the quality and effectiveness of ICU ward nursing,but also improve the professional level of nurses and improve the reputation of the hospital.It is worthy of vigorous promotion and application.
