摘  要:金属腐蚀导致经济损失、环境污染、生命伤亡,成为不可忽视的全球性问题。环境友好型高效缓蚀颜料成为研究的重点。满足防腐蚀涂料市场需求,拓展缓蚀材料设计思路,发展防腐蚀相关理论,对于节省宝贵的金属资源、延长材料与设备的使用周期、降低腐蚀灾害的发生意义重大。科技部出台的政策中强调,为提升钢铁行业的核心竞争力、完善钢铁工业结构、增强船舰等制造业的生命力,在“十三五”时期要着重发展钢铁材料,尤其是高质量的防腐蚀钢铁材料。本文立足于防腐颜料的最新研究进展,综述了磷酸盐、氧化锌、硼酸盐、硅酸盐、钼酸盐等现阶段常用无机防腐颜料的制备、性能、应用及防腐蚀机理,分析了目前面临的问题,并对今后缓蚀材料的发展提出了建议。Metal corrosion has become a global problem that causes economic losses,environmental pollution and casualties.And high efficiency and environment friendly anticorrosion pigments become the focus of exploration.Meeting the needs of the anticorrosion coating market,expanding the design ideas of corrosion-inhibiting materials,and developing anticorrosion related theories are of great significance for saving precious metal resources,increasing the service cycle of materials and equipment,as well as reducing the occurrence of corrosion disasters.The policy issued by the Ministry of Science and Technology emphasizes that in order to enhance the core competitiveness of the steel industry,improve the structure of the steel industry,and enhance the vitality of manufacturing industries such as ships,the development of steel materials,especially high-quality defenses,should be paid more attention during the 13th Five-Year Plan period.Based on the latest research progress,this paper reviews the preparation,properties,applications and relevant mechanism of different anticorrosive pigments,such as phosphate,zinc oxide,borate,silicate,and molybdate.The problems exist are analyzed and development proposals of anticorrosive pigments are also provided.
