摘 要:针对现有溶液捕获有机硫化合物能力较弱、吸收成本较高的问题,采用深共熔溶剂(DES)吸收天然气中有机硫化合物。分别以氯化胆碱与尿素(摩尔比1∶2)和氯化胆碱与硫脲(摩尔比1∶1)为原料,合成了CCU、CCTU两种DES,并用去离子水稀释得到了一系列吸收溶液。通过TG、FT-IR和H^(1)NMR对合成的DES溶剂进行表征,并利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术测定了DES/水混合溶液在室温下对天然气中H_(2)S、COS、CH_(3)SH与CO_(2)的吸收能力。结果表明两种DES溶剂都具有很好的热稳定性,CCTU开始分解温度为236℃;去离子水的加入没有显著改变两种DES的结构。DES/水混合溶液对硫化物表现出了优异的吸收性能,对于低含量的有机硫实现了深度脱除;同时对CO_(2)也表现出了较高的吸收量。相对于工业常用的醇胺法,DES溶剂更加经济、环保,去除有机硫性能更高效,具有很好的工业应用前景。In view of the weak ability to capture organic sulfur compounds and the high cost of the existing method for the solution absorption method,the deep-eutectic solvents(DESs)are used to absorb organic sulfur compounds in natural gas.Two kinds of DESs named CCU and CCTU are synthesized using choline chloride and urea(molar ratio 1∶2),choline chloride and thiourea(molar ratio 1∶1)as raw materials,respectively.The DESs are diluted with deionized water to obtain a series of absorption solutions.The synthesized DES solvents are characterized by TG,FT-IR and^(1)H NMR,and the absorption capacity of DES/water mixed solutions for H_(2)S,COS,CH_(3)SH and CO_(2)in natural gas is examined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry at room temperature.The results show that the DESs exhibit excellent thermal stability,for example,the CCTU begins to decompose at 236℃;the addition of deionized water does not obviously change the structure of the two DESs.DES/water mixed solutions show excellent absorption performance for sulfide,achieving deep removal of low content of organic sulfur.Meantime,the mixed solutions also show a high amount of CO_(2)absorption.Compared with the hydramine method commonly used in industry,the DESs are more economical,environmentally friendly,more effective in organic sulfur removal and promising in industrial application.
