苯氧菌胺原药液相色谱分析方法研究

摘　　要：建立一种测定苯氧菌胺原药中有效成分的高效液相色谱分析方法。采用C18色谱柱和紫外检测器,以乙腈和水为流动相,在230 nm对试样中苯氧菌胺进行液相色谱分离和定量分析。试验结果表明苯氧菌胺的保留时间为5.0 min,线性相关系数为0.9998,变异系数为0.24%,平均回收率为99.29%。该方法简便,快速,准确度高,可用于苯氧菌胺原药常规分析和质量控制。A HPLC method was developed for the quantitative determination of metominostrobin TC.The active ingredient of metominostrobin TC was separated and analyzed quantitatively on C18 column and UV detector at 230 nm,using acetonitrile and water as mobile phase by reverse phase HPLC.The retention time of metominostrobin was 5.0 min,the linear correlation coefficient was 0.9998,the variation coefficient of TC was 0.24%,the average recovery was 99.29%.The method is rapid,accurate and easy to operate,which is suitable for routine quantitative analysis and quality control of metominostrobin TC.
