甲噻诱胺原药高效液相色谱分析方法研究

摘　　要：采用高效液相色谱仪建立了一种检测甲噻诱胺原药有效成分的定量分析方法。该方法采用C18色谱柱、DAD检测器,甲醇和0.1%的磷酸水溶液作流动相,在265 nm紫外吸收波长下对甲噻诱胺原药进行分离和定量检测。结果表明,该试验条件下甲噻诱胺质量浓度与其相应响应值之间表现出良好的线性关系,其线性回归相关系数(R2)为1.0000,标准偏差为0.4018,变异系数为0.42%,平均回收率为99.94%。该方法对甲噻诱胺具有良好的分析效果,可用于对相关产品质量的检测。In this article a HPLC method with C18 column and DAD detector for the determination of methiadinil TC was established.The methanol and phosphoric acid solution(0.1%)as the mobile phase,and the wavelength of 265 nm was used in detection.The results showed that there was good linear relationship between the mass concentrations and the peak area of methiadinil with the linear correlation coefficient of 1.0000,the standard deviation was 0.4018,the variation coefficient was 0.42%,and the average recovery was 99.94%,indicating that this method could be used to control the quality of methiadinil and its relevant products.
