摘　　要：总结目前急性髓系白血病的免疫逃避机制以及主要的免疫治疗手段,如抗体偶联药物、免疫检查点抑制剂、免疫调节剂和嵌合抗原受体T细胞疗法等,并对相关的最新临床研究进行综述。This paper summarized the current immune evasion mechanisms in acute myeloid leukemia and the main immunotherapies, such as antibody-drug conjugate, immune checkpoint inhibitors, immunomodulators and chimeric antigen receptors-modified T cells therapies, and reviewed the latest clinical studies.
