摘  要:针对重介质选煤厂存在的磁介质损耗等问题,以逆流永磁湿式磁选机为选煤厂设备研究对象,阐述了其设备构造及分选原理;讨论了入料特性,包括入料质量浓度、入料黏度以及入料矿物组成等不同参数对选煤厂磁选机分选效果的影响,对降低磁介质损耗有一定的指导意义。Aiming at the problems of magnetic medium loss in heavy medium coal preparation plants, this article takes the counter-current wet permanent magnetic separator as the research object of equipment in the coal preparation plant, and expounds its equipment structure and separation principle;meanwhile, it discusses the influence of feed characteristics, including feed concentration, feed viscosity, and feed mineral composition, on the separation effect of the magnetic separator in the coal preparation plant, which could provide some guidance to reduce the magnetic medium loss.
