摘　　要：目的编制已婚妇女心理健康素养量表并检验其信效度。方法基于Jorm AF提出的心理健康素养的概念,即"金标准"3维度框架和5方面内容,通过3次专家讨论和预调查构建已婚妇女心理健康素养量表初版;依托问卷星在合肥中小学家长中招募20岁及以上已婚女性为调查对象进行电子问卷调查,量表得分越高则说明被调查对象的心理健康素养越好,调查结果存贮为SPSS数据库。利用探索性因子分析确定量表终版包含的因子和条目;通过验证性因分析和专家测评方法评价结构和内容效度;使用焦虑和抑郁症状评定量表评价校标相关效度;通过计算Cronbach′sα系数和间隔2周的重测一致性评价量表的信度。结果依据探索性因子分析确定包含30个条目(4维度6因子)的已婚妇女心理健康素养量表,各因子分别可解释的总变异为13.57%~49.62%;验证性因子分析表明,整体模型拟合良好(χ^(2)/df=2.354;GFI=0.925;RMSEA=0.042);量表总分及各因子得分与抑郁、焦虑症状得分呈负相关(r=-0.040~-0.339,P均<0.001);量表的Cronbach′sα系数和重测信度分别为α=0.808(各因子的α系数为0.492~0.861)和0.798(各维度的重测信度为0.661~0.733)。结论已婚妇女心理健康素养量表具有较好的信度和效度,可作为合肥市已婚妇女心理健康素养的测评工具。Objective To develop a mental health literacy scale for married women and test its reliability and validity.Methods Based on 3-dimensional framework and 5 aspects of the"Gold Standard"of Mental Health Literacy proposed by Jorm AF,a mental health literacy scale for married women was constructed through 3 rolls of expert discussions and a pre-survey study.Though an online survey application(Wenjuanxing),married women aged 20 years old and above were investigated from the parents of primary and secondary schools in Hefei City.A higher score of the scale meant better mental health literacy.The data were input into SPSS database.Exploratory factor analysis method was used to determine the factors and items contained in the final version of the scale.The validities of structure and content were evaluated by confirmatory factor analysis and expert evaluation.Calibration related validity were assessed using the Anxiety and depression Symptoms Rating Scale.Cronbach coefficient was calculated and the reliability of the retarders consistency evaluation scale was calculated after 2 week interval.Results The mental health literacy scale of married women contained 30 items(4 dimensions and 6 factors)according to exploratory factor analysis,and the total variation of each factor was 13.57%-49.62%.Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the overall model fitted well(χ^(2)/df=2.354,GFI=0.925,RMSEA=0.042).The total score of the scale and the scores of each factor were negatively correlated with the scores of depression and anxiety symptoms(r=-0.040--0.339,P<0.001).Cronbach coefficient and retarget reliability of the scale were 0.808(coefficient of each factor:0.492-0.861)and 0.798(retarget reliability of each dimension:0.661-0.733),respectively.Conclusion The mental health literacy scale for married women has good reliability and validity and can be used as a tool to evaluate mental health literacy of married women in Hefei City.
