四川省凉山州彝族聚居县村民艾滋病健康教育现状调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解四川省凉山州彝族聚居县村民的艾滋病宣传教育现状,为采取针对性的宣传教育工作提供参考。方法采用方便抽样的方法对四川省凉山州4个彝族聚居县村民进行面对面问卷调查。结果4县共调查1266人,总的艾滋病防治知识知晓率为74.72%(95%CI:72.33%~77.12%),多因素分析显示,其中男性、初中及以上文化程度和能识汉字(OR值分别为0.707、0.513和0.608)等对象,相对艾滋病相关知识知晓率较高(分别为80.24%、84.46%和80.79%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。79.70%对象最近半年接受过有关艾滋病防治宣传。居民接受宣传形式主要以宣传画/小折页、入户宣传、村民大会/农村夜校、村广播或放电影为主。最喜欢的宣传形式是宣传画/小折页、村广播或放电影、入户宣传。75.25%对象觉得非常有必要接受更多的艾滋病防治知识,其中对艾滋病预防、政策、预防母婴传播、治疗、检测知识需求较高。结论四川省凉山州彝区聚居地区村民艾滋病防治知识知晓率较既往有所提高,建议继续开展以人际传播与大众传播相结合的综合健康教育模式,针对特定群体的薄弱知识点强化宣贯。Objective To understand the status of AIDS health education among the Yi people in Liangshan prefecture of Sichuan,and to provide basis for targeted AIDS prevention education.Methods A random sampling face-to-face questionnaire survey was conducted among the villagers in four Yi inhabited counties in Liangshan prefecture.Results 1266 people were investigated in 4 counties.The total awareness rate of AIDS knowledge was 74.72%(95%CI:72.33%-77.12%).The awareness rates of male,people who had junior high school and above education and people who can read Chinese were significantly higher than other people(OR=0.707,0.513 and 0.608).79.70%of the subjects had received AIDS prevention and control publicity in the last half year,mainly in the form of posters/foldouts,household publicity,villagers′assembly/rural night school,radio/movies broadcasting.The favorite forms of publicity are posters/foldouts,radio/movies broadcasting,and household publicity.75.25%of the subjects felt that it was necessary to receive more AIDS prevention and control knowledge,especially the knowledge about AIDS prevention,policy,mother and child transmission,treatment and testing.Conclusion The knowledge of AIDS prevention and control among the villagers in Yi inhabited areas of Liangshan Prefecture has been improved,We should continue to carry out interpersonal communication and combine with mass communication,targeted at specific groups of weak knowledge to strengthen publicity.
