摘  要:为解决直流大电流计量需求,设立了一种基于隧道磁电阻(tunnel magnetoresistance,TMR)直流传感器的大电流测量和干扰误差消除方法。首先推导了TMR传感器电流测量的开环传递函数,分析了其开环增益相关的参数变量特性;提出采用最小均方根(least mean squares,LMS)的数据处理方法,检测磁感应强度,以三台磁传感器为例,计算得出该工况下的磁场估算值;最后,通过算例仿真,验证了本文所提出方法的有效性。In order to meet the demand of direct current high current measurement,a high current measurement and interference error elimination method of direct current sensor based on tunnel magnetoresistance(TMR)is established.Firstly,the open-loop transfer function of TMR sensor current measurement is derived,and the parameter variable characteristics related to its open-loop gain are analyzed.The least mean square(LMS)data processing method is proposed to detect the magnetic induction intensity.Taking three magnetic sensors as examples,the estimated magnetic field under this working condition is calculated.Finally,an example is given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
