戴明循环规范酮咯酸氨丁三醇注射液围手术期合理使用的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:规范酮咯酸氨丁三醇注射液在围手术期中的合理使用。方法:利用戴明循环(PDCA循环)分析江西省九江市第一人民医院酮咯酸氨丁三醇注射液围手术期应用不合理用药的原因并进行干预,对干预前后的合理率和不合理用药情况进行效果分析。结果:经干预后,酮咯酸氨丁三醇注射液围手术期应用合理率从36%提高到76%,干预有效(P<0.05)。各类型不合理用药医嘱数量均有所下降。结论:PDCA循环管理有利于规范酮咯酸氨丁三醇注射液围手术期合理使用,促进了临床合理用药。Objective:To standardize the rational use of ketorolac tromethamine injection in perioperative period.Methods:PDCA circulation method was used to analyze the causes related to irrational use of ketorolac tromethamine injection in The First People′s Hospital of Jiujiang during perioperative period,and intervention was carried out.The rational rate and irrational use of ketorolac tromethamine injection before and after intervention were analyzed.Results:After intervention,the rational rate of ketorolac tromethamine injection during the perioperative period increased from 36% to 76%,and the intervention was effective (P<0.05).The number of medical orders with various types of irrational drug use decreased.Conclusion:PDCA circulation management is beneficial to standardize the rational use of ketorolac tromethamine injection in the perioperative period and promote the rational use of drugs in clinic.
