疏肝活血汤治疗婴儿胆汁淤积性肝炎39例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:评价疏肝活血汤联合更昔洛韦辅助治疗婴儿巨细胞病毒(CMV)感染相关胆汁淤积性肝炎的治疗效果。方法:将79例婴儿巨细胞病毒感染相关胆汁淤积性肝炎患儿随机分为治疗组39例与对照组40例。两组均给予更昔洛韦5 mg/kg,1次/12 h等综合对症治疗。治疗组为更昔洛韦联合口服自制疏肝活血汤,疗程为14 d,观察两组的检验结果。结果:治疗组总有效率为89.74%,明显高于对照组67.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组黄疸开始消退时间、黄疸完全消退时间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:疏肝活血汤可以降低总胆红素和直接胆红素,降低胆汁酸水平,减轻肝功能损伤,促进黄疸消退。Objective:To evaluate the efficiency of shugan huoxue decoction combined with ganciclovir in the treatment of infantile cytomegalovirus (CMV) infection-related cholestatic hepatitis.Methods:79 cases of infantile cytomegalovirus infection-associated cholestatic hepatitis were randomly divided into treatment group (n=39) and control group (n=40).Both groups were given ganciclovir 5 mg/kg for 1 time per 12 hours symptomatic treatment.The treatment group was ganciclovir combined with oral home-made shugan huoxue decoction,the course of treatment was 14 days.The test results of the two groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 89.74%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 67.5%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups in the time for jaundice to begin to disappear and the time for jaundice to disappear completely (P<0.05).Conclusion:Shugan huoxue decoction can reduce total bilirubin and direct bilirubin,reduce the level of bile acid,alleviate liver function injury and promote jaundice regression.
