摘  要:采用TiO_(2)共混铸膜的方法,制备了TiO_(2)改性PVDF膜.结果表明,以2%TiO_(2)质量比掺杂,TiO_(2)/PVDF的牛血清白蛋白膜通量和截留率可达PVDF膜的2.32和1.33倍;在模拟太阳光条件下,具有光催化降解模拟污染物甲基橙特性,反应120 min可实现10 mg/L浓度甲基橙的完全去除.这种光催化PVDF膜制备技术为膜分离材料的开发提供了有益的参考.The TiO_(2) modified PVDF membrane was prepared by means of TiO_(2) blending casting solution.The results showed that the flux and retention rate of BSA membrane doped with 2%TiO_(2)/PVDF were 2.32 and 1.33 times of that of PVDF membrane.Under the simulated sunlight condition,TiO_(2)/PVDF had the characteristics of photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange,and the methyl orange could be completely removed at the concentration of 10 mg/L after 120 min reaction.In this study,a photocatalytic PVDF membrane preparation technology was developed to provide useful reference for practical promotion.
