摘　　要：目的:调查强直性脊柱炎患者功能锻炼执行的现况,分析其影响因素,为提高强直性脊柱炎患者功能锻炼执行力提供参考。方法:采用自编的问卷对124例强直性脊柱炎患者进行问卷调查,对功能锻炼现状和影响因素进行统计分析。结果:124例患者中,仅65例(52.42%)患者在疾病确诊后进行康复锻炼。单因素分析显示,了解进展与预后、听说过功能锻炼、是否知道功能锻炼方法、谁告知过您功能锻炼的重要性、认为功能锻炼有用、共居成员是否会提醒是影响因素(P<0.05);多因素分析显示,是否认为功能锻炼有用、是否知道功能锻炼方法是主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:影响强直性脊柱炎患者功能锻炼的因素有很多,其中是否认为功能锻炼有用、是否知道功能锻炼方法是主要的两个因素。对其普及功能锻炼重要性、告知功能锻炼方法、加强功能锻炼监督,可提高患者功能锻炼的执行力。Objective:To investigate the current situation of functional exercise execution in patients with ankylosing spondylitis and analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide reference for improving its executive ability.Methods:One hundred and twenty-four patients with ankylosing spondylitis were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire,and the current situation and influencing factors of functional exercise were statistically analyzed.Results:Only 65 cases(52.42%)of the 124 patients underwent rehabilitation exercise after the diagnosis of the disease.Univariate analysis showed that the influencing factors were as follows:understanding the progress and prognosis,having heard of functional exercise,knowing the practice of functional exercise,who told you the importance of functional exercise,thinking that functional exercise was useful,and whether the co-residents would remind you(P < 0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that the main influencing factors were as follows:whether they think functional exercise is useful and whether they know the practice of functional exercise(P < 0.05).Conclusion:There are many factors affecting functional exercise in patients with ankylosing spondylitis,among which the main two factors are whether functional exercise is useful and whether they know the practice of functional exercise.Popularizing the importance of functional exercise,informing the practice of functional exercise and strengthening the supervision of functional exercise can improve the executive ability of patients’ functional exercise.
