摘 要:为了寻求适合矿区废弃地土壤修复的重金属耐性植物,对海南省昌江县昌化镇铅锌矿区废弃地及其周边植物进行调查。在调查区内设定3个采样点,对采样点内采集的13种植物的地上部分及其所在区域的土壤样品进行重金属含量检测。结果表明:(1)该矿区周边土壤普遍受到Pb、Cd、Zn和Cu的污染,矿区周边重金属综合污染指数为19.86,按照土壤综合评价分级标准可知该矿区周边土壤污染等级属于重度污染;(2)在海南昌化铅锌矿区周边生长的植物中,心叶黄花稔(Corchorus aestuans)表现出对重金属Cd的富集潜力,酒饼簕(Atalantia buxifolia)表现出对重金属Zn的富集潜力。A survey was made of the soil and plants around the abandoned lead-zinc mine in Changhua Town,Changjiang County, Hainan Province, and three sampling sites were arranged. The soil and 13 species of plants in the sampling sites were collected to determine and analyze their contents of heavy metals. The results showed that the soil around the lead-zinc mine is generally contaminated by Pb, Cd, Zn and Cu, with a comprehensive heavy metal contamination index of 19.86, indicating the soil contamination level around the lead-zinc mine is high according to the grading standard for the comprehensive soil heavy metal contamination evaluation. Of the 13 species of plants sampled around the lead-zinc mine, Artemisia chinensis showed an enrichment potential for the heavy metal Cd, and Atalantia buxifolia showed an enrichment potential for the heavy metal Zn.
