摘 要:苯乙胺类衍生物是在传统毒品的基础上设计出的结构类似物,能使人产生兴奋和致幻作用,被越来越多人非法使用,因此监管难度大,该类物质的检验鉴定已成为国际禁毒领域的重点问题。通过搜集和整理国内外相关文献,对近十年苯乙胺类衍生物的常规和最新前处理和检验方法进行了全面分析,对免疫分析法、敞开式电离质谱、便携式质谱和其他快速检验方法进行了详细论述,以期为苯乙胺类衍生物的准确鉴定提供技术参考。Phenethylamine derivatives are a series of structural analogues designed on the basis of traditional illegal drugs, which make people produce stimulate and hallucinogenic effects, and are used by more and more people illegally.Therefore, it is difficult to supervise and control, and the detection of these substances has become a prominent problem in the area of international drug control.Through the collection and investigation of related literatures published all over the world, this paper conducted a comprehensive analysis on the routine and the latest pretreatment and detection methods of phenethylamine derivatives in last ten years.Immunoassay, ambient ionization mass spectrometry, portable mass spectrometry, and other quick detection methods were reviewed and discussed in detail.This paper aims to provide the latest technical reference for the accurate detection of phenethylamine derivatives.
