摘  要:深共晶溶剂,因其廉价易得、低毒性、不易燃、可生物降解、可设计等优点,作为一种绿色溶剂和催化剂受到广泛关注。将1,4-二氮杂二环[2.2.2]辛烷(DABCO)及六次甲基四胺(HMTA)分别与4种卤代烃反应合成了8种离子盐。将离子盐与甘油按一定摩尔比混合,制得24种深共晶溶剂。将系列深共晶溶剂用于DABCO催化的各种醛与丙烯腈的Morita-Baylis-Hillman反应,发现离子盐溴化N-2-羟乙基DABCO与甘油制得的深共晶溶剂可高效促进Morita-Baylis-Hillman反应,不仅反应速度快、反应产率高,最重要的是反应后处理非常简单,只需简单的过滤、洗涤就得到纯净的目标产物。深共晶溶剂对特定有机反应展现出的优异效果,将为合成化学的发展提供思路和方法。Deep eutectic solvents, due to their cheap, low-toxic, non-flammable, biodegradable, designable and other advantages, are receiving widely attention as a green solvent and catalyst.Eight ionic salts were synthesized by reactions of 1,4-diazadecyclic octane(DABCO)or hexamethyltetramine(HMTA)with four kinds of halogenated hydrocarbons.The above ionic salts were mixed with glycerol in a certain proportion to produce 24 kinds of deep eutectic solvents, and these deep eutectic solvents were used in the DABCO catalyzed Morita-Baylis-Hillman reactions of various aldehydes with acrylonitrile.It was found that the deep eutectic solvent prepared by ionic salt N-2-hydroxyethyl DABCO bromide with glycerol could efficiently accelerate Morita-Baylis-Hillman reaction, not only fast reaction rate and high yield were obtained, the most important was the reaction processing was very simple, the pure target product could be got by simple filtration and washing.The excellent effect of deep eutectic solvents on specific organic reactions would provide ideas and methods for the development of synthetic chemistry.
