摘 要:以罗丹明B衍生物和8-喹啉甲酸为原料制备了一种离子比色探针(RC),并将该新型比色探针用于识别金属离子。实验表明,探针RC在甲醇-水溶液中可以快速识别Pd^(2+),Pd^(2+)的加入使探针RC溶液的颜色由无色变为粉紫色,可以实现对Pd^(2+)的裸眼识别。紫外可见光谱研究表明,探针RC对Pd^(2+)表现出较高的选择性和灵敏度,并具有良好抗干扰能力,在569 nm处的最大吸光度在0.10-20μmol·L^(-1)范围内对Pd^(2+)浓度呈现良好的线性关系,检测限为0.056μmol·L^(-1),该探针实现了对Pd^(2+)的比色分析和定量检测。An ion colorimetric probe(RC)was prepared with Rhodamine B derivative and 8-quinolinic acid as raw materials, and the new probe was used to recognize metal ions.The experimental results showed that the probe RC could quickly recognize Pd^(2+)in methanol-water solution.The addition of Pd^(2+)changed the color of the probe RC solution from colorless to pink purple, which could realize the naked eye recognition of Pd^(2+).UV-Vis spectra showed that the probe RC showed high selectivity and sensitivity for Pd^(2+),and had good anti-interference ability.The maximum absorbance at 569 nm showed a good linear relationship with the concentration of Pd^(2+)in the range of 0.10~20 μmol·L^(-1),and the detection limit was 0.056 μmol·L^(-1).The probe could be used for colorimetric and quantitatively analysis of Pd^(2+).
