摘 要:运用六偏磷酸钠为钝化剂、胰酪蛋白胨为碳源,通过水热法合成了一种氮磷共掺杂碳量子点。该碳量子点的量子产率为25.4%,在高离子强度和紫外光环境中有良好的稳定性,并且碳量子点的发光强度与pH(2~12)具有线性相关性。合成的碳量子点能够作为荧光探针高灵敏响应2,4-二硝基酚(2,4-DNP)。发光强度与2,4-DNP的浓度(0.01~2.5μg·mL^(-1))呈现线性相关,检出限低至3.6μg·L^(-1)。作为荧光探针应用于河水、湖水和自来水中2,4-DNP的测定,回收率为93.8%~103%,相对标准偏差RSD<0.7%。Nitrogen and phosphorus co-doped carbon quantum dots(N,P-CQDs)were synthesized by hydrothermal method using tryptone and sodium polyphosphate.The as-prepared CQDs have a high quantum yield of 25.4%,and good stability in high ionic strength and ultraviolet light environment.The luminescence intensity of the carbon quantum dots shows a linear correlation with pH(2~12).In addition, the synthesized carbon quantum dots can be used as fluorescent probes for detecting 2,4-dinitrophenol.The fluorescence intensity of the probes showed a linear response to 2,4-DNP in the concentration range of 0.01~2.5 μg·mL^(-1)with a low detection limit of 3.6 μg·L^(-1).The probes were used to determine 2,4-dinitrophenol in river water, lake water and tap water.The recoveries were from 93.8%to 103%with RSD<0.7%.
