摘 要:以乙酸乙酯作为潜伏性酸促进硅酸钠水解,湿法包覆磷酸钙/氧化铁黄颜料(FeOOH/Ca),在氧化铁黄颜料表面形成异质包覆层,以提高FeOOH/Ca的耐热性能。采用透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)分别对包覆前后样品的表面形貌、晶相组成、元素化学态进行了表征分析。结果表明:硅酸钠水解产物SiO_(2)能有效包覆FeOOH/Ca,且没有改变其晶体结构,FeOOH/Ca和其表面无定型的SiO_(2)包覆层通过化学键结合。在250℃烘烤30 min后,包覆FeOOH/Ca的色差ΔE为0.96,耐热性达到250℃。Ethyl acetate was used as latent acid to promote the hydrolysis of sodium silicate, and wet coating of calcium phosphate/iron oxide yellow pigments(FeOOH/Ca).After that heterogeneous coating layers were formed on the surface of FeOOH/Ca to improve the heat resistance.The surface morphology, crystal phase composition, chemical states of elements of FeOOH/Ca before and after coating were characterized by transmission electron microscopy(TEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).The results show that FeOOH/Ca is effectively coated with SiO_(2),which is the hydrolysis product of sodium silicate, and the crystal structure of FeOOH/Ca is not changed.The FeOOH/Ca and amorphous SiO_(2)are bonded by chemical bonds.After baking at 250 ℃ for 30 min, the color difference ΔE of coated FeOOH/Ca is 0.96,and the heat resistance reaches 250 ℃.
