摘 要:本研究利用气相色谱离子迁移谱联用仪建立了空气及废气中N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAC)及其副产物的快速测定方法。空气和废气样本通过现场采集、分析,与传统的检测方法相比,分析时间由先前的12h,降低到现在的1h以内,N,N-二甲基乙酰胺的方法检出限为0.01mg/m^(3);平均加标回收率分别为93.0%~107%;N,N-二甲基乙酰胺分解副产物二甲胺(DMA)的方法检出限0.008mg/m^(3);平均加标回收率分别为100%~106%;本方法灵敏度高、精密度好,能更好的解决环境空气及废气中DMAC及DMA检测时间久的问题,可有效解决氨纶企业周边废气的检测时效问题,为环境检测提供有力的支撑。A rapid method for the determination of N,N-dimethylacetamide(DMAC)and its by-products in air and exhaust gas was established by gas chromatography ion mobility spectrometry.The air and exhaust gas samples were collected and analyzed on site.Compared with the traditional detection methods, the analysis time is reduced from the previous 12 h to less than 1 h now.The detection limit of N,N-dimethylacetamide method is 0.01 mg/m^(3).The average recoveries were 93.0%~107%,respectively.The detection limit of N,N-dimethylacetamide decomposition by-product dimethylamine(DMA)was 0.008 mg/m^(3).The average recoveries were 100%~106%.This method has high sensitivity and precision, which can better solve the problem of long detection time of DMAC and DMA in ambient air and exhaust gas, and can effectively solve the problem of detection time limit of exhaust gas around Spandex enterprises, and provide strong support for environmental detection..
