舒筋止痛方联合富血小板血浆治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：【目的】观察舒筋止痛方联合富血小板血浆局部注射治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床疗效。【方法】将76例肱骨外上髁炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各38例。对照组给予富血小板血浆局部注射治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予舒筋止痛方内服治疗,疗程为4周。观察2组患者治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、日常生活能力(ADL)评分及Mayo肘关节功能评分的变化情况,并评价2组患者的临床疗效和安全性。【结果】(1)治疗4周后,治疗组的总有效率为94.7%(36/38),对照组为72.4%(26/38),组间比较,治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)治疗后,2组患者的VAS评分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),ADL评分和Mayo肘关节功能评分均较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05),且治疗组对VAS评分的降低作用及对ADL评分和Mayo肘关节功能评分的升高作用均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)治疗过程中,2组患者均未出现疼痛加重、肘关节局部肿胀、破损等不良反应情况。【结论】舒筋止痛方联合富血小板血浆治疗肱骨外上髁炎疗效确切,可有效减轻患者疼痛症状,改善患者肘关节功能及日常生活能力。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Shujin Zhitong Prescription combined with platelet-rich plasma(PRP)in the treatment of external humeral epicondylitis. Methods Seventy-six patients with external humeral epicondylitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,38 cases in each group. The control group was treated with local injection of platelet-rich plasma,while the treatment group was orally treated with Shujin Zhitong Prescription on the basis of the treatment for the control group. The course of treatment lasted 4 weeks. The visual analogue scale(VAS)pain scores,activities of daily living(ADL)scores and Mayo elbow function scores in the two groups were observed before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups were also evaluated. Results(1)After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.7%(36/38),and that of the control group was 72.4%(26/38). The intergroup comparison showed that the curative effect of the treatment group was significantly superior to that in the control group,the difference being statistically significant(P < 0.05).(2)After treatment,the VAS pain scores in both groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment(P < 0.05), while ADL scores and Mayo elbow function scores were significantly increased compared with those before treatment(P < 0.05). The effect on decreasing the VAS scores and the effect on increasing of ADL scores and Mayo elbow function scores in the treatment group were significantly superior to those in the control group, the differences being statistically significant(P < 0.05).(3) During the treatment, no adverse reactions such as pain aggravation and local swelling and damage of elbow joint were found in the two groups. Conclusion Shujin Zhitong Prescription combined with platelet-rich plasma exerts certain effect in treating external humeral epicondylitis, which can effectively relieve pain symptoms and improve elbow joint function and daily living abil
