子午流注纳子法联合浮针治疗臀上皮神经炎疗效分析

摘　　要：【目的】探讨子午流注纳子法联合浮针治疗臀上皮神经炎的临床疗效。【方法】将36例臀上皮神经炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各18例。对照组给予浮针治疗,治疗组给予子午流注纳子法联合浮针治疗,连续治疗3 d。观察2组患者治疗前、运针后、起针后、治疗1 d后和治疗3 d后的疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分及Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分的变化情况,并评价2组患者的临床疗效。【结果】(1)治疗3 d后,治疗组的总有效率为94.4%(17/18),对照组为72.2%(13/18);组间比较,治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)治疗后,2组患者各观察时点的VAS评分均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),且治疗组在运针后、起针后、治疗1 d后和治疗3 d后的VAS评分均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。(3)治疗后,2组患者各观察时点的ODI评分均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),且治疗组在运针后、起针后、治疗1 d后和治疗3 d后的ODI评分均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。【结论】子午流注纳子法联合浮针治疗臀上皮神经炎疗效确切,其疗效优于单纯浮针治疗。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of midnight-noon ebb-flow acupuncture therapy combined with floating needle for treatment of superior gluteal nerve entrapment syndrome. Methods Thirty-six patients with superior gluteal nerve entrapment syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,18 cases in each group. The control group was treated with floating needle,while the treatment group was treated with floating needle combined with midnight-noon ebb-flow acupuncture therapy,and the treatment lasted for3 consecutive days. The changes of visual analogue scale(VAS)pain scores and Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)scores in the two groups were observed before treatment,after needle manipulation,after needle removal,one day after treatment and 3 days after treatment. And the clinical efficacy of two groups was also evaluated. Results(1)After 3 days of treatment,the total effective rate was 94.4%(17/18)in the treatment group and 72.2%(13/18)in the control group. The intergroup comparison showed that the curative effect of the treatment group was significantly superior to that in the control group,the difference being statistically significant(P < 0.05).(2)At various observation time points after treatment,the VAS pain scores of the two groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment(P < 0.05), and the VAS pain scores of the treatment group at various observation time points after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference being statistically significant(P < 0.01).(3)After treatment,the ODI scores of both groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment(P < 0.05),and the ODI scores of the treatment group at various observation time points after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference being statistically significant(P < 0.01). Conclusion Midnight-noon ebb-flow acupuncture therapy combined with floating needle exerts certain effect in the treatment of superior gluteal
