摘　　要：总结邓高丕教授治疗妊娠恶阻的临床经验。妊娠恶阻之病机有虚有实,虚者表现为脾胃虚弱或肝肾两虚,实者表现为肝气郁结或肝火旺盛,虚实夹杂者则表现为脾胃虚弱而痰湿阻滞。治疗当以补虚、降火、解郁、祛痰为法。呕吐轻者予中药内服,呕吐重者可采用中药直肠滴注给药,配合穴位贴敷、穴位注射、艾灸、耳穴压豆等中医特色疗法,并注重调节情志及饮食结构,以提高和巩固疗效。This paper summarized Professor DENG Gao-Pi’s experience in differentiating and treating morning sickness in pregnancy. Professor DENG believes that the pathogenesis of morning sickness in pregnancy varies from deficiency to excess. The deficiency pathogenesis manifests as deficiency of spleen and stomach or deficiency of liver and kidney, the excess pathogenesis manifests as stagnation of liver qi or hyperactivity of liver fire, and deficiency interweaved with excess pathogenesis manifests as deficiency of spleen and stomach with phlegm-damp obstruction. The treatment of morning sickness in pregnancy should follow the methods of tonifying deficiency,reducing fire,relieving depression and removing phlegm. For those pregnant women with mild vomiting,oral use of Chinese medicine can be adopted;for those pregnant women with severe vomiting, the treatment can be achieved mainly by rectal infusion of Chinese medicine and by combining with traditional Chinese medicine characteristic therapies such as acupoint application,acupoint injection,moxibustion,and auricular point seedpressing. Meanwhile,the importance of the regulation of emotion and dietary structure should be addressed for enhancing and maintaining the curative effect.
