杨洪艳基于六经气化学说诊治绝经期综合征经验

摘　　要：介绍杨洪艳教授结合绝经期综合征不同系统的症状特点,以六经辨证为纲,运用气化理论,诊治绝经期综合征的临床经验。杨洪艳教授认为绝经期综合征患者潮热汗出等血管舒缩症状,病位主要在少阴;焦虑失眠等精神神经症状,病位主要在厥阴、少阳;骨质疏松、关节肌肉疼痛等骨骼肌肉症状,病位主要在太阴、少阴、厥阴;膀胱炎、尿频尿急等泌尿生殖症状,病位主要在少阴。治疗可参照六经辨治原则,运用气化理论对绝经期综合征进行辨证施治。杨洪艳教授诊治绝经期综合征的经验可为中医辨治绝经期综合征提供思路。This paper introduces the clinical experiences of Professor YANG Hong-Yan in the diagnosis and treatment of menopausal syndrome by combining the symptom characteristics in different systems of menopausal syndrome patients, and based on the principle of six-meridian syndrome differentiation and the theory of sixmeridian qi transformation. Professor YANG Hong-Yan considered that vasomotor symptoms such as hot flushes with sweating in patients with menopausal syndrome are mainly related with Shaoyin meridian, mental and neurological symptoms such as anxiety and insomnia are mainly related with Jueyin and Shaoyang meridians;musculoskeletal lesions such as osteoporosis and joint and muscle pain are mainly related with Taiyin,Shaoyin,and Jueyin meridians;urinary and reproductive symptoms such as cystitis and urgent and frequent urination are mainly related with Shaoyin meridian. The treatment of menopausal syndrome can refer to the principle of sixmeridian syndrome differentiation,and the theory of qi transformation can be used in the diagnosis and treatment of menopausal syndrome. Professor YANG Hong-Yan’s experience can supply evidence for the differentiation and treatment of menopausal syndrome with Chinese medicine.
