岭南名医郭梅峰诊治小儿疾病的学术思想与运用

摘　　要：岭南名医郭梅峰诊治小儿疾病,强调治病求本、固护脾胃在儿科疾病治疗中的重要性。遣方用药上巧用花类中药,如祛除风邪可用南豆花(扁豆花),寒邪用茉莉花,暑邪用莲花,湿邪用木棉花,燥邪用杭菊花,火邪用鸡蛋花等,用药上常采用甘味轻剂。治疗外感高热,认为需速散防痉;治疗温病用药甘凉养阴为主;对于热病后患儿,重视频饮水、进流质、戒荤禁肉、忌油腻腥物等饮食调理。其治疗小儿疾患所形成的治病原则、用药方法和调理方式沿用至今,仍可启迪后世。GUO Mei-Feng,the Lingnan’s celebrated practitioner in the treatment of pediatric diseases,stresses the importance of treating disease from the root,and consolidating and protecting the spleen and stomach during the treatment. The flower Chinese medicines are skillfully applied for the treatment of pediatric diseases by GUO Mei-Feng. Flos Lablab has been used for expelling pathogenic wind,Flos Jasmini for expelling pathogenic cold,Flos Nelumbinis for removing pathogenic summer-heat, Flos Bombacis Malabaricae for eliminating pathogenic damp, Flos Chrysanthemi for removing pathogenic dryness, and Flos Plumeriae Acutifoliae for clearing pathogenic fire,which embodies the principle of medicating sweet mild herbs and prescriptions for the treatment of pediatric diseases. For treating externally contracted high fever, quickly dispelling method for preventing from spam should be considered;for treating epidemic febrile disease,sweet-cool herbs for nourishing yin are mainly used;for the children after febrile disease,the attention should be paid to the dietetic regulation by frequently drinking water, in-taking liquid diet, prohibiting meat, and quitting taking greasy and fishy food. The therapeutic principle,medication rules and dietetic regulation developed by GUO Mei-Feng in the treatment of pediatric disorders is still used nowadays and will inspire future generations.
