摘  要:妇女经断前后,肾阴阳俱虚,脏腑气血失调,营卫不和是其机体阴阳失衡的表现。烘热汗出为绝经期综合征主要症状,营卫不和为其病机特点。桂枝汤作为调和营卫法的代表方,应用范围广泛,不单用治伤寒,亦可用于治疗各种汗证。针对绝经期综合征女性烘热汗出之营卫不和的病机特点,提出以调和营卫为法,采用桂枝汤治疗绝经期综合征烘热汗出,可取得较好疗效。Before and after menopause,women suffer from the deficiency of kidney yin and yang,and disorder of visceral qi and blood,and disharmony between nutritive qi and defensive qi is the manifestation of the imbalance of yin and yang in the body. Hot flushes and sweating are the primary symptoms of menopausal women, and the pathogenies is due to disharmony between nutritive qi and defensive qi. As a representative formula for regulating nutritive qi and defensive qi, Guizhi Decoction has a wide range of clinical applications, treating not only exogenous febrile disease but also various kinds of sweating syndrome. In view of the pathogenic characteristics of the disharmony between nutritive qi and defensive qi in the menopausal women syndrome with hot flushes and sweating,this article puts forward the method of regulating nutritive qi and defenstive qi in treating menopausal syndrome women with hot flushes and sweating, and Guizhi Decoction is strongly recommended, which can achieve a satisfactory effect.
