摘　　要：通过对中国电信近十年来能耗监测管理系统建设和使用情况的回顾总结,围绕国家“碳达峰、碳中和”目标要求,结合碳交易等机制运作,分析差异和差距,尝试提出未来运营商能耗监测管理系统建设的新方向和要求。Based on the review and summary of the construction and use of energy monitoring and management system of China Telecom in recent 10 years,focusing on the national target requirements of“carbon peaking and carbon neutralization”,combined with the operation of carbon trading and other mechanisms,this paper analyzes the differences and gaps,and tries to put forward the new direction and requirements for the construction of energy monitoring and management system in the future.
