摘　　要：论述了动环监控系统中智能电表引入电源使用效率(Power Usage Effectiveness,PUE)算法,开发模版和预警输出,通过智能空调的动环远程遥调、遥控,提升机房温度,减少能耗,减少电费的支出。The PUE algorithm is introduced into the dynamic ring smart meter,and the template and warning output are developed.The remote control and adjustment of the dynamic ring of the smart air conditioner can raise the room temperature,reduce energy consumption and reduce the electricity bill.
