摘　　要：目的观察信息支持在先天性尿道下裂儿童手术后的应用效果。方法方便选取2018年1月—2020年5月在该院接受治疗的86例先天性尿道下裂儿童,随机分为两组,每组43例,均给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理上加用信息支持护理。对两组患儿护理前后疼痛数字评分(NRS)得分进行比较,并比较术后并发症、父母护理满意度和临床有效率。结果护理后,观察组NRS评分(1.79±0.58)分低于对照组(2.86±0.87)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.710,P<0.05)。并发症发病率(9.30%)显著低于对照组(18.60%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.938,P=0.021)。观察组父母护理满意度(95.35%)显著高于对照组(76.74%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.198,P=0.013)。观察组的临床有效率(97.67%)高于对照组(74.42%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.444,P=0.004)。结论对术后先天性尿道下裂儿童手术的父母提供信息支持,可显著降低患儿疼痛程度,降低并发症发生率,提高父母护理满意度和临床有效率,是一种较好的护理模式。值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the application effect of information support in children with congenital hypospadias after surgery.Methods Conveniently selected 86 children with congenital hypospadias who were treated in the hospital from January 2018 to May 2020,they were randomly divided into two groups,43 cases in each group were given routine nursing,and the observation group was supplemented with information to support care on the routine nursing;the pain digital score(NRS)scores of the two groups of children before and after nursing were compared,and the postoperative complications,parental care satisfaction and clinical effectiveness were compared.Results After nursing,the NRS score of the observation group(1.79±0.58)points was lower than that of the control group(2.86±0.87)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.710,P<0.05).The incidence of complications(9.30%)in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(18.60%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.938,P=0.021).Parental nursing satisfaction(95.35%)in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(76.74%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.198,P=0.013).The clinical effective rate of the observation group(97.67%)was higher than that of the control group(74.42%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.444,P=0.004).Conclusion Providing information support to the parents of children with congenital hypospadias after surgery can significantly reduce the pain of the children,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve parental care satisfaction and clinical efficiency.It is a better nursing model.It is northy of clinical application.
