治未病理念在高危型人乳头瘤病毒感染中的防治作用

摘　　要：高危型人乳头瘤病毒的感染率逐年增高,其隐匿性与反复性使得宫颈癌发病率增高,需重点防治。故将中医“治未病”理念运用于本病,根据疾病正虚为本,湿、瘀、毒邪为标的病机特点,从未病先防,既病防变和瘥后防复三个阶段进行干预,未发之时重点干预,从调整生活,改变方式;祛除诱因(湿、瘀、毒),防止病发;明确体质,缓而调之三个方面将其遏于萌芽,同时注意既病防变和瘥后防复,达正盛邪祛,降低宫颈癌的发病率,以期丰富和完善临床治疗思路。The infection rate of high-risk human papilloma virus is increasing year by year,and its occult and recurrent nature increases the incidence of cervical cancer,which needs to be focused on prevention and treatment.Therefore,the concept of“preventive treatment of disease”of traditional Chinese medicine is applied to this disease.According to the characteristics of the pathogenesis of the disease as the basis of vital qi deficiency,with dampness,stasis,and toxin pathogen as the targets,intervention is carried out in three stages:preventing before disease onset,preventing disease from exacerbating and preventing recurrence of the disease.Focus on intervention when it does not occur,from adjusting life,changing the way;get rid of inducement(dampness,stasis,toxin),prevent recurrence of the disease;clear constitution,slow and adjust the three aspects to prevent it from germination,at the same time pay attention to the prevention of the disease from exacerbating and the prevention of the recurrence of the disease,reach vital qi excessiveness and pathogen removal,reduce the incidence of cervical cancer,in order to enrich and improve the clinical treatment ideas.
