摘　　要：目的观察针刀镜治疗原发性肩关节周围炎的临床效果。方法选取2019年6月至2020年12月上海市中医医院疼痛科收治的原发性肩关节周围炎患者90例,随机数字表法分为针刀镜组、针刀组,每组各45例。观察两组治疗前、治疗后14 d的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、Constant-Murley肩关节功能评分及治疗后14 d临床疗效。结果治疗前两组VAS评分、Constant-Murley评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后14 d,两组VAS评分低于治疗前、Constant-Murley评分高于治疗前,针刀镜组VAS评分低于针刀组,Constant-Murley评分高于针刀组,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01);针刀镜组临床疗效优于针刀组,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论针刀镜治疗原发性肩关节周围炎能取得较好的效果,与针刀相比,疼痛控制、功能改善更佳,利于患者的康复。Objective To observe the clinical effict of acupotomy mirror in the treatment of primary periarthritis of Shoulder point.Methods A total of 90 patients with primary periarthritis of shoulder joint admitted to the Department of Pain,Shanghai Municipal Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2019 to December 2020 were selected.They were divided into acupotomy mirror group and acupotomy group by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.Visual analogue scale(VAS)score,Constant-Murley score of shoulder joint function before and after 14 d of treatment,and clinical efficacy after 14 d of treatment in the two groups were observed.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in VAS score and Constant-Murley score between the two groups(P>0.05).After 14 d of treatment,VAS score of the two groups was lower than before treatment,and Constant-Murley score was significantly higher than before treatment,VAS score of the acupotomy mirror group was lower than that of the acupotomy group,and Constant-Murley score was higher than that of the acupotomy group,the differences were highly statistically significant(P<0.01).The clinical efficacy of acupotomy mirror group was better than that of acupotomy group,the difference was highly statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The acupotomy mirror in the treatment of primary periarthritis of shoulder joint can play a good clinical effect.Compared with the acupotomy group,the minimally invasive acupotomoscopy can better relieve pain and improve function,and is conducive to the rehabilitation of patients.
