摘  要:以红心灰菜(Chenopodium album)当年生播种苗为试验材料,用0(CK)、0.15%、0.3%、0.45%、0.6%质量浓度的NaCl进行胁迫,研究了盐胁迫对红心灰菜植株生长与叶表皮微形态的影响。结果表明:随盐浓度增加,红心灰菜的植株高度、叶片大小均逐渐减小;叶片下表皮气孔、保卫细胞大小及气孔密度先增大后减小;叶表面具有盐腺、刺毛状角质层嵴和粉粒等结构。可见红心灰菜具有较强的耐盐性,可尝试作为盐碱环境园林绿化材料进行应用。The objective of this research was to study the effects of salt stress on leaf epidermal micromorphology of Chenopodium album,and to provide reference to the plant selection of landscape architecture.One-year seedlings of Chenopodium album were used as test materials,which were treated under salt stress of 0,0.15%,0.3%,0.45%and0.6%NaCl in the soil.By the scanning electron microscopy(SEM),epidermal structure and stomatal morphology ultrastructure were observed.The height and leaf size of Chenopodium album decreased under salt stress.Stomatal density,stoma size and guard cell size of abaxial leaf epidermis increased first and then decreased.There were salt glands and stratum corneum crests on the leaves.Chenopodium album was salt tolerant which could be used as greening plant materials under saline environment.
