摘　　要：为进一步提高南方红豆杉种子的利用率,通过将层积休眠后的南方红豆杉种子按种长进行了分拣:>6.7mm(A)、5.7~6.7 mm(B)、<5.7 mm(C),设立对照,测试种子千粒重;对4种处理种子进行种子发芽率、种子坏死率和平均休眠率进行了观测试验。结果表明:休眠后的南方红豆杉种子千粒重为75.80 g,种子的发芽率与种长有着一定的正相关性,C处理的种子发芽率为55.33%,显著低于A、B处理和ck;种子活力较低,表现为种子的坏死率高、含休眠种子率高。从中可见,分离出种长5.7 mm以下的小粒种子,能获得稳定的出芽率,有利于培育相对齐整的苗木。In order to further improve the utilization rate of Taxus chinensis seeds,the seeds of Taxus chinensis var mairei after stratification dormancy were sorted according to the seed length:>6.7mm(a),5.7-6.7mm(b),<5.7mm(c),and the control was set up to test the 1000 seed weight;The germination rate,seed necrosis rate and average dormancy rate of four treated seeds were observed.The results showed that the 1000 grain weight of dormant Taxus chinensis seeds was 75.80g,and there was a certain positive correlation between seed germination rate and seed length.The seed germination rate of treatment C was 55.33%,which was significantly lower than that of treatment a,B and CK;The seed vigor was low,which was characterized by high necrosis rate and high dormant seed rate.The experiment shows that the isolation of small seeds with a seed length of less than 5.7mm can obtain a stable germination rate,which is conducive to the cultivation of relatively neat seedlings.
