黄花补血草种子繁殖技术初探

摘  要:试验探讨了黄花补血草种子的人工播种技术,由于黄花补血草种子小,播种前一定要采用精选种子,种子表层有蜡质,需用温水浸泡种子24 h;在塑料薄膜保湿的条件下播种深度为种子直径的1倍;分别对其出苗率、子叶、真叶、地上部、主根长度、侧根数量进行了调查。结果表明:出苗率达90%以上,出苗时间大约需要30 d左右;说明黄花补血草温度达29℃左右生长速度很快。This paper introduces the artificial seeding technology of Limonium aureumseeds.The seeds of Limonium aureum are small,so the seeds must be selected before sowing.The surface layer of seeds is waxy,and the seeds need to be soaked in warm water for 24 hours.Under the condition of moisturizing plastic film,the depth is 1 time of the seed diameter;the seedling emergence rate,cotyledons,true leaves,above ground,main root length,and number of lateral roots are investigated respectively.The results is that the emergence rate was more than 90%,and the emergence time was about 30 days.It shows that the growth rate of Limonium aureum is very fast when the temperature reaches about 29℃.
