摘 要:针对高比例可再生能源接入背景下输电网、配电网、配气网间耦合程度日益密切的现状,构建了一种考虑输电网影响的多个配电-气网分布式协同扩展规划方法。首先基于分解建模原理构建输电网子问题、配电网子问题与配气网子问题的混合整数二次规划模型;其次基于目标级联分析算法,在满足共享变量一致性约束的前提下分布式迭代求解各子问题;最后构建含3个待规划配电网和3个待规划配气网的算例进行验证。算例分析结果表明了所提方法的有效性。In view of the increasingly close coupling among transmission network,distribution network and gas distribution network under the background of a high proportion of renewable energy integration,this paper proposes a distributed cooperative expansion planning method for multiple distribution network and gas distribution network considering the influence of the transmission network.Firstly,the mixed integer quadratic programming model of the transmission network,distribution network and gas distribution network is constructed based on decomposition modeling principle.Then based on analytical target cascading algorithm,each sub-problem is solved by distributed iteration under the premise of satisfying the consistency constraint of shared variables.Finally,an example with three distribution networks and three gas distribution networks to be planned is constructed to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
