心理护理在血液净化护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的研究在血液净化护理中应用心理护理的临床效果。方法方便选取2019年2月—2020年9月该院收治的80例血液净化患者进行研究,采用随机数表分组法分为对照组和观察组,各40例,对照组接受常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上,接受心理护理。对比两组焦虑、抑郁改善情况,不良心理状态改善情况,生活质量改善情况,护理满意度及护理总有效率。结果护理后,观察组SAS(42.92±9.92)分,SDS(47.01±7.69)分,明显低于对照组SAS(58.93±10.21)分,SDS(60.83±8.11)分,差异有统计学意义(t=7.113、7.821,P<0.05)。观察组紧张、抑郁、焦虑、恐惧等不良心理状态改善情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.275、7.314、6.135、4.211,P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为97.50%,明显高于对照组80.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.507,P=0.034)。两组生活质量各项指标评分比较,观察组更高,差异有统计学意义(t=8.029、9.690、10.410、6.654,P<0.001)。观察组护理总有效率为100.00%,明显高于对照组85.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.505,P=0.034)。结论在血液净化护理中采用心理护理能有效缓解负面情绪,提升护理满意度和护理总有效率,利于生活质量改善,具有一定临床应用和推广价值。Objective To study the clinical effect of psychological nursing in blood purification nursing.Methods 80 patients with blood purification treated in the hospital from February 2019 to September 2020 were conveniently selected for research.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received psychological nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The improvement of anxiety and depression,adverse mental state,quality of life,nursing satisfaction and total effective rate were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,SAS(42.92±9.92)points and SDS(47.01±7.69)points in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(58.93±10.21)points and SDS(60.83±8.11)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.113,7.821,P<0.05).The improvement of adverse psychological states such as tension,depression,anxiety and fear in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.275,7.314,6.135,4.211,P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 97.50%,significantly higher than that in the control group 80.00%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.507,P=0.034).The scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher,the difference was statistically significant(t=8.029,9.690,10.410,6.654,P<0.001).The total effective rate of the observation group was 100.00%,significantly higher than 85.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.505,P=0.034).Conclusion Psychological nursing in blood purification nursing can effectively alleviate negative emotions,improve nursing satisfaction and overall nursing efficiency,and is conducive to improving the quality of life.It has certain clinical application and promotion value.
