摘　　要：脊柱调理技术是取自民间、惠及人民的经验总结,其数量庞大,种类繁多,优势显著,是调理脊柱及其相关疾病中医特色非侵入的外治技术总结。本文侧重对脊柱调理技术中的常用中药透皮外治法相关临床文献进行归纳分析,以了解相关治疗方法的研究进展与不足,期冀为临床治疗多样化提供一定参考,促进技术的普及。对脊柱调理技术存在的高质量证据的缺乏、经济社会价值难以实现等问题进行思考与展望,期望引起各层面相关工作者的重视,同时起到抛砖引玉的作用。Spinal conditioning technology is a experience summary that is derived from the folk and benefiting the people,it has a large number,wide varieties and significant advantages.And it is a summary of non-invasive external treatment technology with traditional Chinese medicine characteristics for regulating spine and related diseases.This paper focuses on the summary and analysis of clinical literature related to the transdermal and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine commonly used in spinal conditioning technology,in order to understand the research progress and shortage of related treatment methods,this paper hopes to provide some reference for the diversification of clinical treatment,and promote the popularization of technology.The lack of high quality evidence of spinal conditioning technology and difficulty in realizing economic and social value should be considered and prospeced,it is expected to attract the attention of relevant workers at all levels,and it plays a role of casting a brick to attract jade at the same time.
